<p>Delegates will be able to demonstrate an understanding of why we undertake manual rail grinding activities,&nbsp; and describe the acceptance criteria for manual rail grinding processes. They will have knowledge of the manual grinding process and equipment, be able to prepare equipment in line with the work requirement.&nbsp; demonstrate an understanding of the risks associated with manual grinding activities. The course covers the manual grinding of rails, the impact of supervisor inspection on grinding activities, how to identify any issues with the completed work, and how to communicate findings to the appropriate person</p>
